The property is located in the heart of Umbria, surrounded by unspoiled nature, in a very quiet area ideal for relaxing. It is completely independent and has a garden (completely fenced with an entrance gate) with a swimming pool (7.5x3.6 meters - depth 1.50 cm) and a large panoramic terrace with a Jacuzzi for 6 people.
The entire property is for private use and not shared with other people. It has been recently renovated with all mod cons and all bedrooms are air conditioned. The pool is equipped with sunbeds / umbrellas / outdoor shower. By the pool there is a large gazebo with kitchen, barbecue and dining table for 8 people. The outdoor area also has tables and chairs in the shade of the olive trees and lounge sets (for an aperitif at sunset... or maybe you prefer on the terrace with Jacuzzi).
The house is on two floors: on the ground floor is the living/dining room with kitchen (equipped with fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine), a dining table for 6 people and a sofa. On the same floor you will also find a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (toilet and shower), a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet for common use. On the same floor there is a large covered panoramic terrace with sofa and Jacuzzi for 6 people. Cot and high chair available on request. Wi-fi internet connection available for free.
The last 2km to the property is a dirt road not suitable for sports cars, other low cars or caravans! The property is a 20-minute drive from Montecastello di Vibio and Fratta Todina, where you will find shops, restaurants and bars.
The typical Umbrian town of Todi is 40 minutes away and Perugia 45 minutes away. Perugia airport also has flights to/from London-Rotterdam-Charleroi-Barcelona and other airports. The nearest restaurant is Fattoria Monticello, a 10-minute drive away.Many pretty Umbrian villages can be reached in half a day's journey, such as Orvieto (1 hour by car), a town perched on a tuff outcrop overlooking the valley below, especially famous for its cathedral, rightly considered one of the most beautiful in the world, Todi (45 mn), an ancient village with a magnetic charm, which dates back to the 7th century BC, Montefalco, for the famous red wine Sagrantino di Montefalco, and the picturesque village of Bevagna.
