We are Cor and Marja. As lovers of Italy, we took the plunge in 2004 and bought a house in Pietralunga, located in beautiful Umbria. Over the years we have renovated quite a bit, the highlight being our swimming pool and in 2022 we provided the roof with a lounge set. Every time we enjoy the beautiful view, the peace and the delicious regional dishes. We hope you will experience this as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include cleaning costs, which are carried out once a week with fresh bed and kitchen linen, bath towels and beach towels. For the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, the pool boy comes by 2 to 3 times a week.

Annul: The cancellation costs are the cost of the deposit (25% of the total invoice) for more than 6 weeks before arrival. Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the total invoice and then 100% of the total invoice.

The house indicates the maximum number of people, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

The forest area is famous for the Pietralunga schitterdende nature. Trails are marked and maps available.
