Our spacious and comfortable apartments are located on our small-scale estate Casa dei Contadini, in the middle of the green heart of Umbria. The apartments are suitable for families and couples and offer all the comforts for a relaxing stay. You have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a full bed. For the little ones we offer a baby package consisting of a camping bed with accessories, high chair, changing mat, a playpen with playpen mat and baby bath.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are all included. The beds are made for you so that the holiday can start relaxed upon arrival.
Outside you can enjoy peace, space, lush nature and views over the Umbrian hills. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and relax in the cozy pool house, where you can eat together, have a drink or read a book in the shade. For the children, in addition to a cozy play corner in the pool house, there is also a playground with sandbox, playhouse, slide, swings and a trampoline. In short; plenty of space to play freely. There is also an original bocce court for a relaxing game of jeu de boules in the evening sun.
Dogs (maximum 2 per accommodation) are allowed on our site in consultation and for a fee. In the pool house there is a basket, drinking bowls and there is even a cooling dog pool. However, we do ask that the dogs are kept on a leash and they are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Just a 10-minute drive away is the charming and historic Città della Pieve, with its narrow streets, good restaurants, tasty gelato and a weekly local market. Have a breakfast of fresh croissant and cappuccino at Mattucci or a real stone oven baked Italian pizza at Trattoria Pizzeria Serenella. All amenities are nearby. From supermarket to pharmaceuticals and from scooter rental to airport.
Lake Trasimeno and cities such as Siena, Rome and Florence are within easy reach for a day trip. Whether you want to actively discover the area or just want to enjoy peace and quiet and the real Italian outdoors – you can do both here.
