Casa Montemerlino, studio Espresso

The road to the house has been renewed as of 1-6-2024 so now easy to drive on!
Casa Montemerlino is divided into a 2 person studio (Espresso) plus two easy to connect apartments (Lungo and Cappuccino). These apartments can also be rented through Micazu.

Apartment Espresso is not spacious but everything is there, including dishwasher and Quooker. There is underfloor cooling and there is also air conditioning. You have your own private terrace and a phenomenal view over the Tiber Valley where you can see the village of Bettona and the cities of Assisi and Perugia.
There is a private barbecue on your terrace. You can make use of the amazing infinity pool that is present on our property. At the pool is a pool kitchen, shower, toilet; washing machine, umbrellas and sun loungers. The Pizza oven is also for common use. There is a private EV charging station in our parking lot. There is Starlink internet and TV via chromcast.
In the high season we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise disagreed.

So you can rent the whole house or each apartment separately. The house is located 30 minutes by car from Perugia airport; easily accessible with Transavia from Rotterdam Airport. Other airports nearby are Ancona (2h), Florence (2h), Rome (2h 15 min) and Pisa (3h).
