Casa Montemerlino is divided into a 2 person studio (Espresso) plus two easily linkable apartments (Lungo and Cappuccino).
Cappuccino is the luxurious 2-4 person apartment with walled rose garden and romantic freestanding bath in the bedroom with air conditioning, spacious living room with open kitchen, sitting area and (bed) sofa and two rocking chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with Quooker, freezer, large fridge, espresso machine (bean) hand blender, ample crockery, pasta machine, electric barbecue, TV via Chromecast and Starlink WIFI, Bluetooth sound box. Drying rack.washing machine available.
Private garden part, private terrace and its own barbecue. hammock umbrellas, walled patio, private lawn private terrace. sun loungers and various seating areas. The pizza oven and the infinity pool located on site are for communal use. There is a charging station for your electric car in our parking lot.
The view over the Tiber valley with a view of the village of Bettona and the cities of Perugia and Assisi is phenomenal!
In high season we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
So you can rent the entire 10-p house or each apartment separately. 30 minutes from Perugia airport; easily accessible by Transavia from Rotterdam Airport
