Casa Montemerlino is divided into a 2p studio (Espresso) plus two easy-to-connect apartments (Lungo and Cappuccino).
Each apartment has its own terrace and its own barbecue. The
Pizza oven and the on-site infinity pool are for
common use.
So you can rent the whole house or each apartment separately.
In the high season we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. There's Starlink intenet and TV via Chromecast.
Apartment Lungo is the very spacious 4-person apartment with two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, loft, spacious 5 meter high living room with large luxury kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, large dining room table for 10 people. There is a high chair and camp bed available.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Quooker, 5-burner induction hob, all possible separate appliances and an espresso machine. In the rental, bed linen, 2 towels per person and a bath towel are included. the view over the Tiber valley with the village of Bettona and the cities of Perugia and Assisi is phenomenal! There is a charging station for your electric car in our parking lot.
From Rotterdam Airport, Transavia flies to Perugia Airport; 30 minutes from our house
