The holiday home is located in a large private domain in the hills 5 km from the village of Amelia.
It consists of two buildings with 3 apartments located close to each other, very suitable to be rented as a whole by three families who want to go on holiday together.
Country house, garden and swimming pool are for private use of the tenant. Maximum number of people: 15 adults+3 children.
The fenced 14x7 meter swimming pool is 50 meters from the holiday homes.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms, private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The large apartment on the ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed and a room with 2 single beds.
The other apartment on the ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with two single beds and loft-mounted mattresses in the living room. This house is also suitable for wheelchair users.
The last apartment is on the 1st floor and has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with two single beds.

It is possible to eat all together in the living room on the ground floor where the fireplace creates a delightful atmosphere, ideal for a tasty dinner with friends in a beautiful setting. In general, from May to September, people choose to eat together outside under the large covered terrace. For cooking, a few barbecues are also available.
If you don't want to cook yourself, there is a restaurant 250 meters away from the holiday homes where you can taste local dishes. Nature lovers can walk in peace on the country roads in the woods. The property has Wi-fi internet connection.
