The house is located 500 meters from the village of Villa Collemandina and has a beautiful garden with a panoramic swimming pool (10x5 meters, 140cm deep). The house, garden and swimming pool are for the private use of the tenant. Villa Collemandina is located 550 meters above sea level, the temperature is never too hot at night. The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday and visits to the Garfagnana region with its charming villages, great scenic drives, walks (we recommend in the Orecchiella Natural Park) and other outdoor activities. At the same time it is a good starting point to visit Pisa, Lucca and for a day at the sea (the Versilia Riviera is 60 km away). The main nearby town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km) with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets and weekly open market on Thursdays. The house has 8 beds (2 bedrooms with a double bed and two with 2 single beds, all on the 1st floor of the house). Extra bed (suitable for children max 12 years old) and baby bed available on request. On the ground floor is a livable kitchen and a living room/dining room. In the garden table and chairs are available for outdoor dining (under the shade of the tree) with panoramic views. A barbecue and stone oven are also available for cooking. Wi-fi internet connection available. All usual household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, oven ....). Grocery store, bar/restaurant La Bottega and pharmacy are 350 meters away from the house. Supermarket 1.3km away. More shops and restaurants are available in Castiglione di Garfagnana (2.5 km away) and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km away). Large supermarket, open every day from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm, 18 km near Gallicano. Tennis court and horse riding at 3 km, Golf club at 9 km.
