In one of the most beautiful places in Italy, on the coast of Viareggio, you will find TuscanyChalets. Our chalets are just a 5-minute bike ride from a vast sandy beach and a short distance from iconic cities such as Pisa, Luca and Florence. At our chalets you can cool off by the pool (May-September) and enjoy delicious pastas and pizzas! *photos for illustration, we rent out several similar cottages in the park*

The space
A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area (no towels and cleaning products)- For the coffee lovers, there is also a Senseo coffee machine
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet for your convenience
- One bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- A second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed for the little ones
- A spacious, covered porch, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
- Bed linen and pillows are provided, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own (you can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us at an additional cost)
- A private parking space right next to your chalet

TuscanyChalets is located at Camping Paradiso, a family-friendly campsite with around 400 spacious pitches and a range of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable.

On the main square (piazza) you will find:
- A supermarket for all your groceries.
- A cozy bar and restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals.
- A pizzeria for lovers of Italian pizza.
- A shop where you can buy souvenirs and supplies.
- In addition, music evenings are regularly organized in the piazza, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Other things to note

Please note the following costs that are not included in the booking:
- Final cleaning: €50 euro (to be paid at the campsite)
- Towels: €6.50 per person (payment at the campsite or bring your own)
- Bed linen: €5.50 per person (payment at the campsite or bring your own)
- A small dog: €17 per night (payment partly in advance and partly at the campsite)
- Air conditioning/heating: €14 per night (pay in advance)

* It is always advisable to take air conditioning/heating, in the pre-season to heat a bit and in the high season to cool down a bit. Price of the air conditioning is 14 euros per night and must be arranged and paid in advance. Once on holiday, this can no longer be arranged.

To take into account even more:
- Free Wi-Fi is available at various locations in the holiday park
- The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is free to enter, but a swimming cap must be worn
- A deposit of €50 will be charged for the key, which will be returned upon return
- In addition, there is a deposit of € 50 for the remote control of the air conditioning, also returned when returned
- We rent out several cottages on the campsite, so the cottages may differ from the photos.
