1. Free cancellation within 24 hours

A reservation can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking, unless the arrival date is within 14 days. After that, the following conditions apply.

2. Cancellation by the guest

In case of cancellation by the guest, the following fee percentages apply:

A. Cancellation up to 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival

• 30% of the total travel price will be charged.

B. Cancellation between 42 and 14 days before arrival

• 60% of the total travel price will be charged.

C. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

• 100% of the total travel sum will be charged.

D. No-show

• In case of non-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the total travel sum applies.

3. Early departure or late arrival

In case of an earlier departure than planned, or a later arrival, no refund will be made for nights not enjoyed.

4. Force majeure and special circumstances

If government measures, natural disasters, calamities or other situations of force majeure make a stay impossible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

This can consist of:

• rebooking free of charge to another date, or
• providing a voucher for a future stay.
• Refunds depend on the situation and the applicable legislation.

5. Cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance. This allows you to limit your risk of cancellation costs at a relatively low cost.

6. Transfer of the reservation

You may, in consultation with us, transfer your reservation to other travelers free of charge. We would like to receive the full details of the new guests in good time.

7. Cancellation by the landlord

In exceptional cases, the host may have to cancel a reservation (for example, due to damage to the accommodation). In this case, you will receive: free rebooking or full refund of all monies paid.

8. Method of cancellation

A cancellation must be made in writing. The date on which we receive your cancellation is the official cancellation date.
