Villa Pietro is a beautiful Tuscan residence on a gentle hill that has been inhabited since ancient times. Once a medieval watchtower and later a noble family home of Florence's famous Medici, today the villa is a sophisticated and welcoming retreat surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees and expansive views of the countryside. With its elegant interior, beautifully landscaped gardens and fantastic location, Villa Pietro offers the perfect base for exploring Florence, Chianti, Arezzo and Siena.
The villa is surrounded by two hectares of private grounds, including a manicured garden rich in rare botanical species, centuries-old cypresses and aromatic plants. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a panoramic terrace and various outdoor dining options. The nearby village, just 1km away, offers local shops, restaurants and cafes, providing a perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience.

Villa Pietro occupies three floors and has been carefully restored by the architect-owner to combine authentic Tuscan charm with modern comfort. Stylishly decorated with handmade furniture and high-quality materials, the villa offers plenty of space for families and groups.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is an elegant entrance hall that leads to a spacious living and dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and direct access to the garden through large glass doors. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a large hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, perfect for preparing communal meals. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete this floor.
First floor
Upstairs is a second living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a cozy place to relax. This floor includes five bedrooms:
- Two bedrooms with two single beds (one of which converts into a double bed) sharing a bathroom with shower.
- Three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have en-suite bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower).
- An additional bathroom with double sink, shower and bath (shared with the tower room).
- A well-equipped study with computer, printer and high-speed ADSL connection is also located on this floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Tower room
The tower room on the top floor, once part of the villa's medieval lookout, features two single beds, windows on three sides and breathtaking 360° views of the Tuscan countryside. The room shares a bathroom on the first floor landing and is air-conditioned.
