Our unique country house is so large that we would like to share it with guests. That is why we have realized two apartments with a lot of privacy in 2018/2019.
The view is truly breathtaking: you look out over the garden, the olive grove, the large swimming pool, the Tuscan hills and the sea. On clear days you can see the island of Elba!
Here you really experience the silence, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset in the sea and a beautiful starry sky.

- The apartment is (according to our guests) very tasteful and attractively furnished. It is an ideal place with its own garden and lots of privacy to enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family or friends!
- You reach your apartment via a private entrance with an attractive covered terrace.
- spacious sitting room with lounge sofa, a large dining room with TV and music system, a well-equipped modern kitchen.
- a spacious three-person bedroom with a new attractive bathroom with a walk-in shower (construction early 2020). This room has new air conditioning.
- 2 double bedrooms, which share a second new luxury new bathroom. (Realization early 2020) These bedrooms are equipped with a properly working fan.
- The bedrooms have good double beds (1.60x2.00) and one room has an extra single bed.
- Windows are fitted with mosquito netting.
- Towels and bed linen are included.
- This apartment has a covered private outdoor terrace with a large dining table where you can relax!
