Farmhouse (100 m²) renovated within the property of an agricultural estate in the Chianti hills.

6 km from San Donato (shops of all kinds, tennis, horse riding), 35 km from Florence, 42 km from Siena. Panoramic view of the hills with vineyards and woods. Very peaceful location. In the lawn surrounding the house, there is an exclusive-use swimming pool (5x10) (3/5-27/9) and a covered terrace equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue. Access via approx. 1 km of dirt road. Parking available.

Ground Floor: Living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, small kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower. External room (washing machine) with shower. Medium comfort furnishings. Central heating. Baby cot available upon request. Wifi available upon request.

Note: Arrivals must take place between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
