Beautifully situated detached house in the green hills of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees.
Casa Olives is equipped with all amenities. Has fantastic views of the valley and surrounding slopes and is enclosed with a hedge and fence. You drive towards peace and quiet via an adventurous road.
There is an outdoor shower in the garden for wonderful cooling. You are in an oasis of peace.
The house is only 30 km from Florence, which is easily accessible by train. There is a train station in Rufina and Pontassieve. You can easily take day trips to the art cities such as Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra and more! The surroundings and villages in Tuscany are beautiful. If you go out for a day, you can return to our house in peace and quiet after enjoying all the beautiful things you have seen.
There is a beautiful (manicured) lake about a 45-minute drive from our house. Here you can swim, canoe, rent beds, parasols and pedal boats. There is also a restaurant here.
Dogs are allowed here and are also allowed to take a refreshing dip. Handy to put on water shoes. It is a pebble beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
