Casa-Toscana

Our 6-person air-conditioned apartment is ideally located and fully equipped (WiFi). It is part of a Tuscan condominium of nine apartments behind Via Massa Avenza, the road linking the capital of Massa and the Carrara marble quarries. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and has its own parking space. See casa-toscana.net

Optimal access from abroad: 5 minutes from the A12 autostrada, 30 km from Pisa airport, 3 minutes from Carrara-Avenza train station. Very handy, especially for making trips.

Pets are not allowed.

You reach the apartment through a small garden and a marble staircase. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a sitting room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious balconies (located on the southwest) and a storage room with washing machine. The entire apartment is tiled and equipped with central heating.

The kitchen offers every convenience with a gas stove, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space with, among other things, pan sets, crockery, (cooking) cutlery and cleaning materials.

The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, audio set and cupboard space. The beautifully decorated sitting room is equipped with a sofa, 3 armchairs, a coffee table, TV/DVD and a pleasantly stocked bookcase.

The spacious 7 meter long balcony on the 1st floor has 3 patio tables and 6 accompanying chairs; the balcony on the 2nd floor 2 chairs. The connection between the 1st and 2nd floor is formed by a marble staircase. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The bedroom on the 1st floor has a very spacious wardrobe, a single bed and a bunk bed. On the 2nd floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds, two cupboards and a coat rack. Furthermore, a spacious bedroom with double bed, closet, coat rack, rocking chair and balcony. Finally, a storage room with washing machine.

There is a private parking space for your own (rental) car and 2 boulevard bicycles are also available to guests.
