Villa Luminosa is an elegant and spacious Tuscan retreat located a short distance from the historic city of Lucca. Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and charming countryside, the villa offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking relaxation, privacy, and the authentic Tuscan lifestyle.
The recently renovated villa combines traditional Tuscan charm with modern comfort. With 8 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests. Inside, the villa features a large living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a conservatory, a laundry room and a gym. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully manicured garden, a shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue for up to 22 people and a private swimming pool (16 x 8 x 1.8 m), all surrounded by fragrant olive groves and aromatic gardens.
Once part of the Controni family estate, Villa Luminosa was originally built as a farm for farm workers and included stables, a grain warehouse and a bread oven. Today, it is a luxurious retreat for lovers of nature and wellness, with breathtaking panoramas and peaceful surroundings.

Villa Luminosa retains the classic Tuscan flair with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, but at the same time is equipped with all modern conveniences. The main living areas consist of a living room with flat screen TV and satellite channels, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and a separate laundry and fitness room.
Sleeping accommodations:
Ground floor: Two double bedrooms (170 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathrooms, one twin bedroom (90 x 200 cm, convertible into a double bed) with en-suite bathroom, a French bed (140 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom.
First floor: Three double bedrooms (170 x 200 cm) each with its own bathroom.
Second floor: A double bedroom (170 x 200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, a safe and a beautiful view over the olive groves, orchards and the swimming pool. Some rooms offer panoramic views over three sides of the property. In some rooms, extra beds can be added for larger groups.
