Villa Rosa is a holiday villa for 1-8 (max 10) people. The house consists of two floors, each with a bathroom and two bedrooms, and can accommodate eight people. There is another attic that can accommodate two extra people (so max. 10).
The villa is just for you and your party, you never share it with others.
In a spacious garage is an extra bathroom with shower and toilet, handy if you have just come out of the pool.
Furthermore, the kitchen upstairs is equipped with a bread maker, so you can wake up every morning with the smell of fresh bread!
The villa is surrounded by a very spacious garden with lots of greenery and a private swimming pool for the ultimate relaxation.
There are several terraces to enjoy the view, the tranquility, a homemade cappuccino, an Italian lunch or a good glass of wine and the surrounding nature.
This detached villa is located in the rolling Tuscan hills of the Pratomagno, in the middle of Chianti, with fantastic views of Arezzo.
It's hard to imagine a more peaceful place!
The rates are based on two floors. Outside the high season in the summer, it is also possible to rent only the top floor if you come with a smaller group. Of course, different rates apply to this. Please feel free to contact me if you want to know more.
