Borgo di Gaiole Casa Beunk (G32)

Our nice apartment is located in the lively village of Gaiole in Chianti, in the middle of the Chianti wine region in Tuscany. 

High-quality and luxurious apartment with large terrace and super views. Communal swimming pool, fitness and air conditioning, in a small-scale residential complex.

The property consists of 35 houses, all different, built in the traditional Chianti style. Communal facilities such as a large swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, a professional gym, washing and drying room and parking garage with its own space.

The best thing about our own house is the large terrace, on which you live from April to October. Here is a beautiful wrought iron/natural stone dining area, two sun loungers, parasols and planters.

There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a small room with two beautifully upholstered trundle beds. In the living room there is a good sofa, with nice armchairs, flat screen, etc. The wireless network has been fiber optic since 2022 so it works fine. The bathroom has a separate shower with glass cabin and a bathtub. 

We have furnished our house in a cozy and high-quality way, as if we "live" there. We assume that you respect this and live in our house carefully. Everything you need for a great holiday is available.

All rooms have access to the terrace and all windows and patio doors are fitted with mosquito nets. 

The village of Gaiole in Chianti is located below the complex, you can walk to the cozy square with supermarket, terraces, ATM, etc. In the other direction you walk directly into the vineyards. Many beautiful places, nice restaurants, old monuments, everything a short distance away. Siena 25 minutes, Florence an hour. Chianti is a beautiful and still quiet region, even in high season. The restaurants are fantastic and very affordable! Wine tastings nearby in famous chateaus or just at the farm.
