The recently restored property consists of a main villa and a suite, both tastefully decorated in Tuscan style with stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings and elegant furnishings. With 6 double bedrooms in the villa and an additional suite with an en-suite bedroom, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a private infinity pool, a beautiful spa with sauna and Turkish bath, and a glass-walled gym in the garden. A pizza oven, barbecue and outdoor dining areas make Villa Il Sogno perfect for unforgettable outdoor meals. Music lovers will also appreciate the high-quality Bose sound system that distributes music both indoors and outdoors.

This spacious villa is divided into two buildings: the main villa and a separate suite.
Suite
The suite features a cosy living room with kitchen, satellite TV and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
Main villa
The villa is spread over three floors and combines rustic Tuscan architecture with modern comfort.
Ground floor: A welcoming entrance gives access to a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests will also find a spacious living room with a fireplace, large sofas and a 65-inch satellite TV. Traditional travertine floors, terracotta arches and wood-beamed ceilings create a warm and authentic Tuscan atmosphere. A guest bathroom completes this floor.
First floor: Five elegant double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink) and minibar. One of the rooms can be furnished with two single beds and two bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed if required. All rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding park and countryside.
Lower Floor: A second fully equipped kitchen, a large dining space, perfect for wine tastings, and a lounge with sofas and a billiard table. A wine cellar with prestigious Tuscan brands such as Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano completes this atmospheric floor, designed with the vaulted ceilings of traditional Tuscan stables.
Wellness & Outdoor Spaces
The villa's spa features a jacuzzi with aromatherapy, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower and massage beds, all overlooking the gardens. The private infinity pool (12 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m) is equipped with sunbeds and parasols. A modern glass-walled gym offers a unique workout experience in nature, overlooking the surrounding park. Guests can also eat al fresco under the gazebo, prepare meals in the pizza oven and barbecue, or simply relax in the aromatic gardens.
