Our fantastic house is located in a beautiful valley "the Valle de Chio" surrounded by hills, olive groves and vineyards. Casale le Colonne is accessible via a paved road. So no problems getting there by car. Casale le Colonne is the last house on this road and is located on a total of 5 hectares of land. After our house this road becomes a sandy path into the woods. The Il Tramonto house is very private and has its own walled courtyard that can be completely closed off, useful for small children and dogs. You can walk straight out of your house into the garden where you have a fantastic view of Castiglion Fiorentino. The real Tuscan atmosphere has been well preserved after recent restoration.
The very spacious and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes. The two bathrooms are designed to modern standards and radiate a Tuscan atmosphere. Your washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms. Some ceilings have frescoes, which makes it very beautiful. The house has central heating. Also suitable for renting in the colder months.
The house is beautifully decorated and offers a lot of comfort. You can use a beautiful built-in swimming pool of 5 x 12 meters. This swimming pool is for communal use. There is a heated outdoor shower and on the sunbathing lawn there are beautiful sunbeds at your disposal where you can enjoy a beautiful view. At the pool there is a pool house with a large table and good WiFi connection.
