The grounds are very beautiful and atmospheric, with a lovely swimming pool to cool off in. Hans & Esther gave us a warm welcome and we were able to approach them for all kinds of questions.

We really enjoyed this fully equipped but above all beautifully decorated house. The cordiality and hospitality of Esther, Hans, David and Alexandra are really the icing on the cake!

It is a great very complete house. The house and garden offers many possibilities to be together when you are with six adults, but also to retreat to a quiet place.

Beautiful sunset to admire from the garden. Nice swimming pool with several nooks and crannies with sun loungers. Nice outdoor kitchen where you can cook and barbecue. We had a great week.

Il Tramonte is a beautiful, comfortable, and nicely decorated holiday home, with a magnificent view, garden and swimming pool. Esther and David are very cordial and very helpful!
Highly recommended!!

In addition to our own garden, there were also plenty of different seating areas in the "large garden". With good chairs and sunbeds.

If the weather is not so nice, you also have enough space inside and good chairs, etc. to sit on. Also a complete kitchen, therefore also suitable for people who want to cook extensively themselves.
The location is on a slope with nice views.
Because we are real hikers and usually make longer walks, we found the location of the accommodation a little less ideal, but if you want to visit different cities in Tuscany and Umbria and want to do a walk every now and then, that is fine. And of course if you would like to relax, this is definitely your place.
Depending on the purpose of our holiday, it is definitely a place to come back again.
