The villa is reached via a gravel road of about 2 km from the village of Castel Rigone. Then you arrive at the fenced domain with a large garden, completely surrounded by forests, and you are overwhelmed by a wonderful silence and nature sounds.
The driveway with cypresses takes you to the main building and the adjoining outbuilding.
The main building has a very spacious living room with a large dining table for 14 people and two sitting areas with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a TV room and a well-equipped kitchen (SMEG stove, dishwasher, microwave). On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: master bedroom with adjoining bathroom (bath + shower), bedroom with a double bed with adjoining bathroom (shower), bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with bunk beds, separate bathroom (bath + shower) .
The outbuilding provides space for a large studio with a double bed (2 pers) and a pull-out bunk bed (max. 3 pers). In addition, there is a small bathroom with shower and a spacious laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
The great asset of this villa is the beautiful garden and private swimming pool. Completely isolated from the world you can enjoy nature.
