Villa degli Ulivi has been completely restored while retaining its original Tuscan character – beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and ornate fireplaces – while being equipped with all modern comforts. The bright interior of the villa is tastefully decorated with centuries-old family antiques, creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.
The ground floor offers spacious living areas: a large dining room for 24 guests, a spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player and a fully equipped Tuscan kitchen with direct access to the courtyard "Peschiera". Additional recreation areas include a music room with piano and guitar, a billiards room for family games and a wine tasting.
On the first floor, there are twelve individually decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, for up to 24 guests. Some rooms have a jacuzzi, while others have single beds that can be converted into two single beds for flexible layouts. With the possibility of adding two extra beds, the villa can accommodate up to 26 guests. A personal chef (excluding groceries) and maid service six days a week are included in the price, ensuring a hassle-free and luxurious experience.
