Marina Sole

There are two holiday homes in Casa SerenVigna. Marina Sole, the one described here is the smaller apartment on the first floor. On the ground floor there is the larger holiday home Ambra Sole, with its own entrance. Marina Sole also has its own entrance, parking, bathroom and bedroom, kitchen and sitting area and a large terrace with stunning views. Marina Sole is a house where a couple with a maximum of one small child or a couple alone feels comfortable. You rent the first floor which gives direct access to a large terrace with a beautiful view. The upstairs apartment Marina Sole can be rented separately or together with the large 4-person apartment Ambra Sole below. In the summer months of July and August , Marina Sole cannot be booked separately. If you would like to rent this apartment together with the Ambra Sole, please contact us or search on Micazu for Casa SerenVigna. The price for renting the whole house is of course cheaper than renting the two apartments separately.

Marina Sole has a small but carefully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with television, a bedroom (2m x 1m60), a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower and an individual entrance and private parking. All rooms are air-conditioned and can be individually controlled. Washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor. There is plenty of space for everyone and something for everyone: several sun and sun/shade terraces, cool spots under the large tree in the garden or on the terrace next to the pool to keep an eye on the children. The fence and the private swimming pool on legs (safe for two and four friends!) ensure that you can enjoy your stay undisturbed, And yes, nude bathing / nude sunbathing is also possible! If the sun quickly becomes too much for you and you prefer to stay indoors, enjoying the air conditioning, wifi and an easy chair... Then you can do that too! 

The holiday home is located in the countryside and therefore peace and space are guaranteed. It is located above the village of Partigliano (village bar at 7" walking distance). Valdottavo is also close by (cafes, pizzeria, ATM, pharmacy, hairdresser, laundry, small supermarket, everything 10" by car). Lucca (20") and other destinations such as Pisa (45"), Viareggio, Livorno, Cinque terre and the Versilia coast are nearby (depending on the above destinations, travel times vary from 55 to 90"). For destinations such as Florence, Siena, Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana etc. , you prefer to take a whole day.
