Our house seen from the pool
Our lovely terrace, here we live between April and October. All rooms have access to the terrace. Partly covered, always some shade. Sun until about 3 o'clock. Afterwards, if you want, you can catch some sun on the terrace at the front or by the pool.

The large swimming pool is rarely crowded, there are nice sun loungers and umbrellas. There is sun here until the evening.

Attractive spacious kitchen, on the ground floor, well equipped with standard large table and 10 chairs, 5 burner gas stove with oven. Double sink in the marble countertop and dishwasher.
The cozy kitchen also has a pleasant large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, large stock of large pans, plates, glasses, cups, etc.

The house can be well equipped for the stay of babies and small children
Lake Londa is 2.2 km away. Here you can swim, go to the playground or use the sporty jogging track.
Valpiana is adjacent to the Foreste Casentinesi National Park. This area is perfect for small and large walks, visits to waterfalls and all kinds of other outdoor activities.
Due to its location on a mountain plateau, you can perfectly enjoy the starry sky in the evening, directly from the garden. Around the month of August there are many shooting stars to admire and usually in June it gets even more spectacular when the fireflies fly around romantically.
