Villa Maura is an exclusive seaside retreat with a private pool, located in Fontane Bianche, a renowned seaside resort south of Syracuse. Inside, the villa covers more than 500 m², spread over two floors, and combines elegance with warmth. The ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious double living room with an ornate fireplace, dining and sitting area, study and large, fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located on this floor, for optimal comfort and convenience. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a luxurious master suite with en-suite bath and shower, and three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern facilities, such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.
The outdoor areas are equally inviting: a panoramic veranda with bar and barbecue, outdoor dining areas and a private swimming pool (12 × 6 m, depth 1.20-2.80 m), heated to 26 °C and open all year round. From here, guests can enjoy the sea views and direct access to the rocks below, while sandy beaches, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
