Tucked away in the serene countryside of Siracusa, in the tranquil surroundings of Punta Milocca, Villa Charlene is a delightful retreat where Sicilian tradition meets modern comforts. Lovingly renovated respecting its roots, the house combines traditional Sicilian charm with contemporary convenience – think terracotta tones, rustic textures, and bright spaces that feel both grounded and enchanting.
The spaces
Surrounded by the green garden, Villa Charlene invites you to slow down and enjoy. Whether you're enjoying long, lazy lunches or sunset dinners on the spacious porch, this is a place perfect for unwinding.
Inside, the cozyliving room and kitchen create a warm and welcoming heart of the home. The villa has two beautiful bedrooms: a Boho-inspired master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and views of the green garden. The single beds can be joined together to form a comfortable double bed, making the house flexible for couples, children or friends travelling together. The comfortable rain shower in the modernized bathroom allows you to freshen up at any time of the day.
Durability
We strive for sustainable tourism. That is why we use solar panels and a solar water heater for electricity and hot water. Do you think that is important too? Then we recommend using electricity and hot water mainly during the day.
