The house is located in a quiet area near Arenella near the sea. It has a nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is an outdoor shower.
There is a large dining table at the covered back of the house. There is also a lounge portal at the front of the house to chill out. There is also a permanent stone BBQ to the side of the house. Finally, there is a carport.
Inside there are 3 nice bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (all with air conditioning). The living room has 2 nice sofas and a dining table with chairs. An open kitchen with fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, sandwich maker and electric oven and a gas hob.
There is a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
There is a lot to discover in the area
the old city of Syracuse with its many beautiful buildings, shops and good restaurants
Also the baroque town of Noto is highly recommended beautiful old town inland.
Further on the coast Marzemenie a small old town by the sea with nice restaurants and terraces.
The town of Fontana Bianchi where you can sunbathe, swim and enjoy the good food in the beach bars.
