This house is located in a beautiful spot on the island with a beautiful panorama. The detached house is located on 2.5 hectares of land with a private swimming pool and views of Mount Etna.

The style of this house is a combination of contemporary and rustic while retaining original details such as authentic tiles and a pizza oven. Many rooms have French doors to the terrace, so you can enjoy the outdoors. There are several fruit trees in the garden. At the pool, the banana and grapefruit trees create a tropical atmosphere. You are surrounded by greenery.

Francofonte, the nearby village means rich in springs. Here too we have our own source with crystal clear water with which we fill the swimming pool. The holiday home is not far from a main road, making it an ideal starting point to discover the beautiful island of Sicily. Visit the fish market in Catania, discover active Etna, stroll through Greek Siracusa and Ortigia and swim in the beautiful sea.

The house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor a spacious living room with an area of 50 m2, a large kitchen with dining table for 6 people, a double bedroom and a toilet.

On the first floor a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, 2 double bedrooms connected by a door. One bedroom is adjacent to the balcony, the other to the roof terrace.

The house is accessible via the driveway and there is ample parking directly in front of the house. The house has several terraces where you can eat or sit in the summer.
