On the first floor a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, 2 double bedrooms connected by a door. One bedroom is adjacent to the balcony, the other to the roof terrace.
The house is accessible via the driveway and there is ample parking directly in front of the house. The house has several terraces where you can eat or sit in the summer.
