The villa is distributed over two floors: the main living areas are located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are located on the lower floor. With amenities such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, Villa Sirocco offers a comfortable stay in a tasteful, well-maintained environment.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, a spacious terrace with a BBQ area and a small garden – ideal places for sunbathing, outdoor dining or simply relaxing with panoramic views.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. This floor features two additional bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

Outside, the villa boasts a lovely terrace with a shaded porch and dining area, a BBQ area and a solarium surrounding the private pool. A small garden completes the relaxing outdoor environment, ideal for enjoying warm Sicilian days.
