This monumental detached country house is located at an altitude of 300 meters from which you have a fantastic view over the hills, the volcano Etna, Lake Lentini and the sea and is over 250 years old and was owned by the Baroness for many years. The country house has a large driveway, a private swimming pool and a spacious terrace. The house has been preserved as much as possible in its original state, but of course completely renovated on the inside according to the requirements of today.

The interior space with an area of 130 m2 still has the original tiled floor and the six-metre-high ceilings, making it even more spacious. Thanks to the thick walls, the house is well insulated against the summer heat. The distance to the sea is only 10 km and shops are less than five minutes away.
The terrace is lovely and the house is fully equipped and very cozy. Also from the lower swimming pool (12m x 6m) you have a beautiful panorama and a view of Mount Etna.

We are Kaatje and Gerrit and have known each other for forty years. We have gained a lot of hospitality experience in Amsterdam during our student days. Hospitality is of paramount importance to us. We changed course and went to live on the beautiful island. We have been renting out several houses for more than 15 years now. We spend most of the year in Sicily and we want to make your stay on this amazing sunny island unforgettable. Making beautifull memories!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival between 16.00-19.00 (or in consultation).
Departure between 08.00-10.00 (late checkout possible).
Different arrival and departure times negotiable in consultation.
Deposit 350 euros to be paid when booking with 1/3 principal.
Remaining rent no later than six weeks before arrival.
Deposit refunded within two weeks of departure (in practice this is much faster within two working days).
If desired, we can also offer a Fiat Panda for four people from 40 euros per day.
Prices include cleaning costs, linen, beach towels and towels.
