From the veranda you have a beautiful view of Mount Etna.
Oranges, lemons and pomegranates grow in the adjacent garden.
Shops and restaurants are less than two km away.
After arriving at the airport you will be at your holiday destination within half an hour.
The sea is always close by and only 10 km from us.

The lot on which the house and the swimming pool are located is approximately 1.5 hectares and completely fenced. Casa Bellini Cirico I is perfectly located for excursions. Siracusa is only half an hour away and the bustling city of Catania is only 25 km away. At the beginning of May there is a big party in Lentini from 9 to 11 May, the city is beautifully lit and there are many typical Sicilian festivities.

We are Els and Gerrit and have gained a lot of hospitality experience in the time that we ran our own business in the center of Amsterdam. More than twenty years ago we changed course and moved to the beautiful island of Sicily. We have been renting out several houses for more than 15 years.

Explanation of prices

The prices include 150 euros cleaning costs, linen and bedding.
There is also the possibility to use a Fiat Punto on site for a fee of 35 euros per day.
Deposit 250 euros.
Cot and high chair on request.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount to be paid within 5 days.
Remaining payment: please pay no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
