The plot on which the house and the swimming pool are located is approximately 1.5 hectares in size and completely fenced. Pure privacy. Casa Bellini Cirico I is perfect for trips on the impressive island. Siracusa is only half an hour's drive away and the bustling city of Catania is only 25 km away. At the beginning of May there is a big party in Lentini, from 9 to 11 May the city is brilliantly illuminated and there are many typical Sicilian festivities.

We are Kaatje and Gerrit and we have always had a great love for this beautiful island. More than twenty years ago we changed course and went to live on the beautiful island of Sicily. We have been renting out several houses for more than 15 years now. We will do everything we can to ensure that you have an unforgettable and carefree holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include 150 euros cleaning costs, linen and bed linen.
There is also the possibility to use a Fiat Punto that is on the site for a fee of 40 euros per day
Deposit 250 euros.
Cot and high chair on request.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount please be paid within 5 days.
Remaining payment: please pay no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
