This beautiful luxury holiday home for 6 people is located on the southeast coast of Sardinia; 5 min walking distance from the beach and sea, on a hill overlooking the sea. Chill out on the terrace and snorkel in the bright blue sea; This villa will give you a relaxing dream holiday! But don't forget to visit the historic capital of the island, Cagliari, or go to the market in Villasimius on Saturday morning. In the summer months there is also (almost) daily night market in the center of the city.
From Cagliari (airport) you can reach Torre delle Stelle in 40 minutes by car. A village with mostly holiday homes spread over two hills with the white sandy beaches Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa on the left and right. In Torre delle Stelle there is a supermarket, as well as a number of (good!) restaurants. There is a bar and a restaurant on the beach . Here you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas and boats. From May 1 to November 1, you can fly directly to Cagliari from Amsterdam and Weeze.

The detached villa is located 5 minutes walking distance from the beach Genn'e Mari and is built split level. The entrance gate is slightly higher on the road and this means that the villa is completely hidden from view and therefore offers complete privacy. The villa is located in a well-kept flowery garden with a patio and a terrace attached to the house, one of which has an outdoor fireplace in which you can also BBQ. Then you have a spacious living room with open kitchen inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The second bathroom is also located on this level.
The sleeping area is five steps higher. The first bedroom with bathroom en suite has a double bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning.
The presence of WiFi, SmartTV and a washing machine make your stay in this villa even more comfortable. The villa is NOT suitable for children up to 3 years old due to the lack of stair gates, cot, etc. Due to the height differences in and around the house, this accommodation is less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
