Experience an unforgettable holiday in our Charming Holiday Home.
Three years ago we bought our dream house in this beautiful region of Italy, and want our friends, family and nature lovers to enjoy this unique place as well. All furniture is completely new and we are still continuously improving our house. Next summer we hope to have the bathrooms completely new and then we will slowly move on to the terrace, garden and so on so that it becomes more and more beautiful.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of booking:

If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation, we offer a full refund of the rental amount.
Cancellations more than one month before the rental period:

For cancellations made more than one month before the scheduled rental period, we offer a full refund of the rental amount.

Cancellations within one month before the rental period:

For cancellations made within one month of the scheduled rental period, we will charge 50% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations within one week before the rental period:

For cancellations made within one week before the scheduled rental period, we will charge 75% of the total rental amount.

No refund for early departure:

In case of early departure during the rental period, no refund will be given for the unused days. Minimum Cancellation Period: Please note that for cancellations with the right to a refund, there is a minimum cancellation period of one month before the planned rental period. Cancellations within this period will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that offers cancellation coverage, ensuring that you are financially protected in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
