This spacious country house is furnished in natural living style with rustic rural elements. This characteristic house with 200 m2 patio and separate garden (400 m2) is situated in a recently renovated (to be completed in 2025) 19th-century village house. The house is equipped with all luxury conveniences such as barbecue, washing machine, rain shower, comfortable garden furniture and luxury box springs.
The surroundings are beautifully green and from the patio or balcony on the first floor you have a panoramic view of the forest behind the house. In the enclosed courtyard you can enjoy lunch or breakfast as well as in the private separate garden, which offers you privacy.
The patio has a centuries-old large grape tree that has been grown completely organically. You can also use the fruit in the garden for your breakfast. There is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and various lounge furniture. The house is equipped with wifi (5G) and completely non-smoking inside for guests.
The region is very diverse in terms of landscape and sights. You can enjoy delicious food and you can visit wine estates 20 minutes away. In addition to authentic villages, castles and beautiful cities such as Milan, Turin, Stresa and Biella, there is a beautiful landscape around the house. Casa Designo is located at the foot of a mountain and between beautiful rice fields. If you drive along the rice fields you will see many exotic birds.
It is only 5 minutes away from a commercial swimming pool with sun loungers, children's facilities and entertainment. This is a children's swimming paradise which is accessible for a fee. Furthermore, Lake Viverone is only a 20-minute drive away, Lake Maghiore and Lake Orta are 40 minutes by car. The house is located in the north of Piedmont at the foot of the mountain of Monte Rosa. A beautiful and versatile mountain area suitable for hiking and skiing.
Casa Designo is located at the beginning of the valley, on the river Sesia. The beautiful landscape of Monte Rosa merges into the lowlands of the Po Valley with its rice fields. It is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday. The nature is beautiful here and you can take beautiful walks and bike rides here. The valley has many sights, small villages such as Buronzo and Rovasenda with its castles and historic center. The house is surrounded by beautiful Biella, Novara and Vercelli. There you can shop, visit restaurants and visit Unesco sights. Avoid mass tourism and opt for peace and quiet!
On arrival, the beds are made for you. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The kitchen with open dining room annex living room is fully equipped. There is a gas hob, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and tea facilities.
On the patio you can park your car next to the house if you wish and in the village itself you can also park for free everywhere.
