The house is decorated in natural living style with rustic rural elements. This spacious characteristic house with spacious patio and separate spacious garden is situated in a recently renovated 19th-century village house. The house is equipped with all luxury conveniences such as barbecue, garden furniture and luxury box springs. 

The surroundings are beautifully green and from the patio or balcony on the first floor you have a panoramic view of the forest behind the house. In the enclosed courtyard you can enjoy lunch or breakfast as well as in the private garden, which offers you privacy. 

The patio has an old large grape tree which has been grown completely organically. You can also use the fruit in the garden for your breakfast. There is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and various lounge furniture. The house is equipped with wifi (5G) and smoke-free completely for the users.

The region is beautiful with great food and wine estates to visit. In addition to authentic villages, castles and beautiful cities such as Milan, Turin, Biella, there is a beautiful landscape around the house. The house is located at  the foot of a mountain and between beautiful rice fields.  If you drive along the rice fields you will see many exotic birds. 

It is only 5 minutes away from a commercial swimming pool with sun loungers. This is a children's swimming paradise which is accessible for a fee. Furthermore, Lake Viverone is only a 20-minute drive away, Lake Maghiore is 40 minutes by car. The house is located in the north of Piedmont at the foot of the mountain of Monte Rosa. A beautiful and versatile mountain area suitable for hiking and skiing. 

Casa Designo is located at the beginning of the valley, on the river Sesia. The beautiful landscape of Monte Rosa merges into the lowlands of the Po Valley with its rice fields. It is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday. The nature is beautiful here and you can take beautiful walks and bike rides here. The valley has many sights, small villages such as Buronzo and Rovasenda with its castles and historic center. The house is surrounded by beautiful Biella, Novara and Vercelli. There you can shop, visit restaurants and visit Unesco sights. Avoid mass tourism and opt for peace and quiet! 

On arrival, the beds are made for you. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The kitchen with open dining room annex living room is fully equipped. There is a gas hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster. 

On the patio you can park your car next to the house if you wish and in the village itself you can also park for free everywhere. In this location you will still find peace and quiet, but also plenty of activities for a pleasant holiday. Look no further than breathtaking  Piedmont. A region steeped in history, culture and unparalleled beauty of views of the mountains, rice fields and vines. Near Gattinara, which was declared a world wine city in 2024. Rent a boat on Lake Maggiore.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the patio or dream away behind a plate of pasta and a good glass of wine. The bathroom is on the ground floor for the disabled. 

There are many golf courses in the immediate vicinity. For business travelers we are only 25 minutes away from the largest exhibition center of Milan (Rho) - fiera Milano. You can shop in Italian style at various large outlet centers, including Vico Lungo or in Turin.
