Our detached, cosy holiday home offers comfort and a warm atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. Located on a quiet, dead-end road, it is an oasis of peace with a large garden with lots of privacy and views of the village of Roccaverano.
There are several terraces where you can relax in the sun or in the shade. There is a nice lounge sofa, there are sun loungers and both the upper and lower terrace have a garden table with chairs.
Just a 15-minute walk away is the small, medieval village of Roccaverano. With a cozy village square, the popular bar- osteria del Bramante, a small alimentari and a pharmacy, this charming village offers an authentic experience of Italian village life.
Suitable for up to four people, it is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.
The holiday home consists of two floors. Through the front door you enter a spacious, loft-like living space (10.0 m x 4.0 m), equipped with a cozy sitting area, a dining area, a wood stove and a well-equipped kitchen. The large sliding doors provide access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills.
On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the lower terrace and garden. The first bedroom (4.20 m x 3.31 m) is equipped with a double bed (2.0 x 1.80 m). The second bedroom (3.15 m x 3.05 m) has a double bed that can also be used as two single beds (2.0 x 0.90 m).
Between the two bedrooms is a modern bathroom, fully equipped with a rain and hand shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

- In autumn and winter, this region is also beautiful. We rent out the house in the period from the end of October to mid-April in consultation for a minimum of 4 nights.
- The house is non-smoking.
- We (unfortunately) do not allow pets.
- Thanks to its high location in the hills (800 meters) there is a pleasant climate. In the summer months it is on average 4 to 5 degrees cooler than in the valley. In addition, a refreshing breeze often provides extra cooling. Air conditioning is therefore not necessary, there is a fan in every bedroom.
- The house is in a quiet area, far away from busy roads. In the village is a small alimentari, 20-30 minutes drive away are larger supermarkets.
Surroundings
Roccaverano is located high in the hills of the Langhe. In the area you will find many small villages and you can enjoy beautiful views. From the house you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. An hour's drive takes you to the famous Barolo vineyards (UNESCO World Heritage Site), with villages such as Barolo, La Morra, Novello and Monforte d'Alba. A day trip to the Mediterranean Sea is also more than worth it.
