This detached holiday home is located in the middle of nature and is suitable for 2-7 people with a spacious swimming pool with a great view. With the village of St Quirico 100 meters away.
The house is located on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and forest with beautiful views as far as the Alps. Close to Acqui Terme, an old Roman town with thermal baths, 50 km from Genoa and the sea, 100 km from Turin and Milan. The house was renovated in 2024.

The layout of our house:
-Ground floor:
a cool rock room with a double bed 140. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a storage room with extra refrigerator.
-First floor:
living room and dining room with adjoining outdoor terrace or veranda, bathroom with toilet and kitchen.
-Second floor:
a double bedroom with two linked beds 90 with wardrobe and adjacent spacious balcony with beautiful views.
A bedroom with a double bed 140 and a single bed 90, large wardrobe and balcony.
A landing with sofa bed 140 (to be used exceptionally) and folding screen.
A large garden with several terraces, fruit orchard and a private swimming pool 10x4x1.5 m with large pergola 14x3.5 m
The house can only be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday 2:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM.
Duvets and pillows are provided. As well as cleaning products, dish cloths and eco detergent.

Bedding for:
-two single beds 90 wide (or as a double bed of 180) with two single duvets or a double duvet and pillows
-double bed 140 wide with duvet and 1 single bed wide 90 with duvet and pillows

-overflow sofa bed 140 (duvet and pillows in large linen cupboard of 3-person room at the top
