Our holiday home in Graglia, Piedmont, Northern Italy, for 6-8 people, ideal for families with all facilities for children included (including trampoline)

The house is located in the hills, against the Alps, near the nice town of Biella. You can go in all directions. If you like nature/hiking, the mountains are in the backyard. If you like culture, Milan and Turin are within driving distance, but you can also visit cute villages in the area. If you like the water, the large lakes are within driving distance, but there are also beautiful lakes closer by. If you like food/drink, Piedmont is known for its food and wines.

There is also a lot to do for children. We have 3 children ourselves (14, 11 and 5 years old) so our house is equipped for this (including trampoline, ping pong table, game console, table football), but in the neighborhood you also have an outdoor swimming pool, water park and climbing parks. 

In winter there is a small ski area about half an hour away and there are large ski areas (Pila: 1 hour; Cervinia: 75 min). Cervinia is very snow-sure and slopes are open until the beginning of May.

The house is detached on an easy road with views in all directions. It is over 200 square meters over 3 floors. It has a large living room with loft, 4 bedrooms (2 including balcony), 4 bathrooms and large taverna with kitchen.

The house has a veranda with dining table where you can relax even when it is a bit warmer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:

1. 15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the

rental period;

2. 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 2 months but no longer than 3 months

months before the start date of the rental period;

3. 70% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 1 month but no longer than 2 months

before the start date of the rental period;

4. 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation less than 1 month before the start date of the
