Belvedere Suite: A Romantic Getaway in the Heart of the Vineyards
Welcome to Bricco Aivè, a peaceful haven where time slows down and the beauty of nature takes center stage. Our Belvedere Suite is a spacious and serene apartment, meticulously designed for those seeking to disconnect from the daily grind and find inner calm. Set amidst the rolling hills between Alba and Asti, our home is your gateway to the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed wine-growing landscape of Piedmont.
The suite, located on the first floor, is a sanctuary of comfort and style. It features a cozy living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 mattress for an extra comfortable night's sleep, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. From your window, you'll be treated to spectacular views of the sun-drenched vineyards and peaceful valleys that define this magical region.
Step outside and discover a true paradise. Our saltwater pool offers a refreshing escape and a perfect spot to relax while gazing at the endless hills. The garden is a series of quiet, green corners, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, reading a book, or enjoying a glass of local wine as the sun sets. The property itself is a typical Piedmontese house, built in the mid-19th century from exposed brick. It once served as a working farm, and today, it retains that authentic, rural charm. Nestled among Barbera d'Asti and Moscato vineyards, the house is a testament to the area's rich winemaking history. A magnificent olive tree stands proudly in the garden, its generous canopy providing shade and a touch of Mediterranean soul to the outdoor space.
We only host two independent apartments, each for two people, ensuring an intimate and quiet experience for all our guests. We, your hosts, live next door and are always available to offer personalized recommendations, whether you're looking for the best local restaurants, hidden gem wineries, or scenic hiking routes. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our use of 100% renewable energy, powered by photovoltaic/solar systems, and a strong focus on recycling and composting.
