Casa Mumu

Casa Mumu is really beautiful, the house is surrounded by nature, and from the house you can walk, cycle and visit beautiful old Italian villages. The house has a large private swimming pool and while swimming you can look straight into the valley. The house is fully equipped, stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Around the lovely swimming pool and in the grass you can sit, lie down and read a book very quietly. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs and there are 2 separate bathrooms. The floors are accessible through the garden.

Casa Mumu is located on a white road, where only hikers, ebikers and deer walk. The surroundings of the house are beautiful, green, hilly and in the distance you can see the Apennines. In the evening you can hear owls and in the summer you can see the fireflies flying at night. There is an olive grove around the house, the trees still have to grow to make liters of olive oil. From the house you can walk, cycle and visit villages for hours. A 5-minute drive away is Castelletto D'Erro, with a simple restaurant, if you drive 5 minutes in the other direction you will arrive in Bistagno, with bakers, butchers, greengrocers.

A little further a 15-minute drive away is Acqui Terme, a beautiful town, with excellent restaurants. Around Acqui are famous wine regions of the Brachetto D'Acqui and the Dolcetto D'Acqui, the many wineries welcome you warmly. The area is known for the white truffle, which is only found in autumn and it is whispered that oak trees can also be found around Casa Mumu with the mysterious mushrooms at the foot.
