A house of over 80 m2. Located in "your own village street".
The house is in a row of 7 houses dating from the Middle Ages. The complex is completely on the edge or "outside" of the village. A beautiful view, over the green, rolling hills of the Molise region. Down in the garden (with a staircase to reach from the house) is the pool waiting for you. With a nice, covered and shady "loggia" with lounge sofas and an outdoor fireplace. From this place you have a beautiful view over the rolling hills with forests and fields.

A level higher is a private outdoor terrace under centuries-old trees. What a place! There is also a ping pong table in the house for guest use.

From the house and the outskirts of the village are the necessities of life within walking distance (there is also a nice restaurant in the village, in Molise you can really enjoy amazingly good Italian food !!. On the one hand there is the liveliness of an authentic Italian village community On the other hand you are in this house very private and wonderfully quiet.On the street itself live only two people, the rest is owned by the Dutch owner.In fact you have the village street for you alone, really unique .

In the garden (more than 6,000 m2) facing south are walnut trees, figs, plums, apples and an olive grove. You can of course pick yourself in the right season.

The medieval village of Ripabottoni has only 550 inhabitants! Here you can experience the real Italy, unspoilt and not ruined by tourism. Dear helpful Italians, a beautiful region, divine food, slow food. It is like stepping back in time.
The sea is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Here in the summer a lot of typical Italian sun and sea activities. Long sandy beaches and very clean and beautiful sea water (most beaches here have the blue flag, which stands for extremely good and clean sea water). Looking for quiet beaches, there are also (you get many tips from the owner). There is also a lake in the immediate vicinity of the house. It is still very quiet there because tourism is not yet developed there.

The Dutch owner has restored the house with great care and attention. Beautiful old details have remained intact. The house consists of 2 floors and can accommodate 4 people. (cots can be added).
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences on the lower floor.

On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom and 1 room with bunk beds
It is possible to rent the neighboring house (casa Cristina) and studio (Oleandro 2) together with the house. The whole is then suitable for a total of 14 people. Ideal for a holiday with several families or a holiday with a large family.
If desired, much can also be arranged on request, from catering, wine and / or oil tasting, pasta workshops to guided tours of the region.
