Country House Le Marche is a tastefully renovated 18th century authentic farmhouse with panoramic views of the spectacular hills of the municipality of Monte San Pietrangeli with a beautiful swimming pool of 12x6 m surrounded by oak trees. The garden is large with 161 olive trees and is completely private. We have a large roof terrace to watch a breathtaking sunset while enjoying an aperitivo. The house can accommodate a total of 12 people.
Relaxation and comfort are at your disposal in one of the 6 luxurious bedrooms, 4 of which have air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and hairdryer. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The villa is entirely at your disposal including garden with play equipment, large roof terrace with spectacular sunset, covered terrace, large living room and kitchen.

We are Thimo and Odette van Riet, we are both Dutch. Thimo was born and raised in Brabant and Odette in South Africa. Thimo first worked in financial services and Odette for international companies. Together we had a tour company in Cape Town for 16 years.
In September 2021 we moved to Bella Italia to start our country house here.
We love to travel, meet people and enjoy a good conversation over a glass of wine and delicious food.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices are for the entire villa per night/weekend/midweek/per week. There are a total of 6 bedrooms (double room), 4 of which have an ensuite bathroom (which are also equipped with air conditioning) and the other 2 with shared bathroom. Furthermore, you have access to a large outdoor swimming pool 12m by 6m, a large roof terrace, covered terrace, large living room and large kitchen. In high season only available per week from Saturday. The house has you to yourself, excluding the private part of the owners who will not be present.
