Casa PRIMO is a luxury holiday home for 10 people with a private pool near the town of Tolentino in Le Marche. Completely renovated in 2019. Within 30 minutes you can be on the beach or you can make beautiful walking trips in the Monti Sibillini or through beautiful medieval towns.
Located in the beautiful heart of Le Marche, Casa PRIMO offers an oasis of peace and beauty. This charming vacation home is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, lush vineyards, and picturesque villages. Here you can enjoy the authentic Italian atmosphere, delicious local cuisine and the warm hospitality of the region.

The house covers more than 300 m2 and has 5 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning, 2 with fan) and 5 bathrooms and is therefore particularly suitable for two families with children or a group of friends.
The modern bright kitchen with cooking island, is adjacent to the dining room with a 4m long dining table and a fireplace and includes a dishwasher, a large fridge, a freezer and an oven. The patio doors overlooking the olive grove make this a nice place to drink your first cappuccino in the morning.
The spacious living room has a fireplace and great views over the pool, the hills of Le Marche and you can even see the Monti Sibillini. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. If you have the Ziggo-Go app, you can watch and stream Dutch TV via (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast. There is also an XBox available for the children.
The house is surrounded by 150 olive trees. It is great to have an extensive lunch or barbecue among the olive trees.
Casa PRIMO has 5HA of land and its own driveway and is hidden between the trees and hills giving you a lot of privacy.
The best approach route is Ancona or Perugia. But from Rome or Bologna it is about 2.5 to 3 hours drive and from Pescara it is a 2 hour drive.
