Welcome to holiday home Casetta. The house can accommodate 4 people and has a beautiful panoramic view. Close to numerous nice villages and only 30 minutes from the beach. On the same property is a second holiday home for 6 people.
The new swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters is shared, but in front of both houses there is a private area of the spacious garden with its own seating, dining table and chairs.
Both houses were renovated in 2024 and fully equipped. The new interior is light and modern.
Layout Casetta
In the casetta you will find a combined living and dining room and a kitchen with oven and Nespresso coffee machine (cups).
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room and air conditioning. In addition, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, one of which is directly connected to a bedroom.
The casetta has a separate terrace at the front with its own dining table. At the rear of the casetta a seat with a view over the vineyards.
A washing machine and drying rack are available as well as a Weber Barbecue. There are Dutch games and books.

Do you want to go out? Then the pleasant seaside resort of Senigallia with a lovely sandy beach is only a 30-minute drive away. Or visit the famous Frasassi caves. Casa Sette Cipressi is surrounded by the nine castle villages of Arcevia, all of which are worth a visit.
You can enjoy delicious food in the immediate vicinity. But the larger cities such as Pesaro and Fano also have fantastic restaurants. The medieval village of Serra de' Conti (with large supermarket) is 5 minutes away by car. Ancona Airport (via Düsseldorf Weeze Ryanair) is a 30-minute drive away and Perugia (via Rotterdam Transavia) is 75 minutes away. You can also fly Amsterdam or Eindhoven to Bologna, then it is a 120-minute drive.
