The new swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters is shared, but in front of both houses there is a private area of the spacious garden with its own seating, dining table and chairs.
Both houses were renovated in 2024 and fully equipped. The new interior is light and modern.
Layout Casa
Through the hall you enter a spacious living room with patio doors to the portico (veranda). The room has a spacious sofa with chaise longue, an armchair and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Jura coffee maker, convection oven and kettle. Under the fantastic portico you can have hours, have a drink, dinner or enjoy the setting (or rising) sun.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, 1 bathroom ensuite with the bedroom. In total there are 3 toilets.

Do you want to go out? Then the pleasant seaside resort of Senigallia with a lovely sandy beach is only a 30-minute drive away. Or visit the famous Frasassi caves. Casa Sette Cipressi is surrounded by the nine castle villages of Arcevia, all of which are worth a visit.
You can enjoy delicious food in the immediate vicinity. But the larger cities such as Pesaro and Fano also have fantastic restaurants. The medieval village of Serra de' Conti (with large supermarket) is 5 minutes away by car. Ancona Airport (via Düsseldorf Weeze Ryanair) is a 30-minute drive away and Perugia (via Rotterdam Transavia) is 75 minutes away. You can also fly Amsterdam or Eindhoven to Bologna, then it is a 120-minute drive.
