The property is approximately 50 meters off the main road (no white roads/farm tracks to navigate) approached by electric gates. Upon parking access is around the side of the driveway through the lemon grove and formal garden. Large reception hallway off here are the lounge with wood burning stove, kitchen/dining/family room with smart tv and sofa. Utility room downstairs WC. Staircase to the first floor where you will find library/study, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and sauna. (There are two further bedrooms that remain locked as they are our personal rooms) staircase to second floor with roof terrace off, three further bedrooms, sitting room and bathroom with bath and shower.
Back downstairs the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a home from home experience. Off the lounge and utility room is the walled terrace with table and chairs for dining, small sofa and chairs and a fire pit for cooler evenings. There is also a hot tub (seasonal use only) a pizza oven and BBQ. There are a set of steps leading to a cave which is locked but illuminated if you want to see inside. Also kitchen garden with herbs etc. off the walled terrace and through the formal garden are steps to the pool, summer house with loungers etc and further along the orchard with fruit/nut and olive trees in abundance.
There is an exercise bike and rowing machine in the Sumer house as well as aerobics step and yoga mats for your use. For the smaller children there is soft archery, football net and bats balls etc.
The village is a 2 min drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarket, butchers and bakery as well as post office ATM should you need. There are three restaurants all with an excellent reputation for service and food. The village has several festas on during the summer months and is a vibrant friendly place to have a drink or aperativi at one of the three bars.
