holiday home, Sant'Angelo in Pontano, Marche, Italy - Gratitudine Private Pool! (Kids 16+)

Will this be your view every morning?

Infinity View! Priceless!

In the morning you have some sun on your terrace that turns away when it gets too hot. The huge fig tree by the outdoor dining area makes this the coolest place you can find when it's really unbearable on many terraces around here. Just think about it :)

Our house is completely free. The huge terrace of the holiday home is located at the rear. You will find your parking space on the left.

Fully equipped kitchen. The worktop comes from the Netherlands at Rob Henckens Terrazzo and Concrete. The best there is! Note the sink.

Dawn. Time for some meditation. Don't know how? You can also always ask Fulco.

Wake up totally ZEN. Check quickly if your period is still available.

Where do you find this? Rent our Fiat 500 and drive one of our Theme Routes (put by us in Google My Maps), Sea, Sibilini Mountains, Villages, the Wine Route or just your own way. That's Italy at its best. Priceless! Ask about the possibilities and see if he is still available.

What peace and space you have here.

From under the shade of the huge Fig Tree. Our guests spend quite a bit of time here. Start the day relaxed!

For maximum privacy, pull out the large screen and sit completely free.

The outdoor dining area is right by the outside door. Nice and easy once you've cooked extensively. You just walk in and out.

All space and privacy. You don't see anyone.

This is where you arrive from your parking lot. Completely free and always nice and cool because of the huge fig tree. What do you think of the birdhouses?

Burning a candle on the terrace is of course allowed. We just don't do it inside. Safety First, right?

Bar for a while on the computer and chatting when someone is cooking. It's finally time for that, isn't it!?

Sure Wijntje with it. (The glass is on the right but the site crops the photos a bit :) )

For the spring and autumn it is also cozy inside. Or the Bar with the Laptop

There is a powerful but very quiet air conditioning in the master bedroom. For enthusiasts also large ceiling fan. An air conditioner in the kitchen/living room is not necessary. There the Sun is only in the morning.

Masterbed room with modern and powerful and quiet air conditioning. It is above the small window on the left. The photo is by Campo Imperatore. You should definitely go there again. Feel free to ask us about it :).

The terrace is indicated in green. Over the entire width of the holiday home. Zoom in for explanation.

The first rays of sunshine envelop the hills in a soft golden glow. As the world slowly awakens, a serene calm hangs in the air. The soft singing of the birds fits in very well with this.

The swimming pool is adjacent to your Veranda. This pool is Private for the Guests of the apartment.

The parasols have now been replaced by a large awning above the entire terrace. This way everyone has nice shade.

We can't get enough of this view. We give it to you wholeheartedly. Enjoy it!

Yoke of our Farmhouse, which we found here. Jacqueline has completely redone it.

Parking on the left in front of Holiday Home Casa Gratitudine (Gratitude)

Here on the left your own parking space. We didn't want a plastered house but those really Italian large stones often baked in the sun.

holiday home, Sant'Angelo in Pontano, Marche, Italy - Luxury Chalet Sereno (Adults 16+ Only)

The beautiful town of Mogliano (MC) is within walking distance (2 km). The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche, and the Monti Sibillini National Park with Sarnano, can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The best part, of course, with our Fiat 500 classic car.

The cover can be turned completely in. Nice for spring and autumn. This is how you grab every ray of sun

This is a stock photo of our new Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for six people. It is next to the swimming pool and is shielded. He looks out on the infinite view. We turn it into a nice place where you can also enjoy a drink.

In 2019 we have completely shielded the terrace and the outdoor shower and Jaccuzzi for even more privacy. The Antrecite screen can also be extended completely so that the passage opening is also closed. The Screen can also be rolled in completely for those who want it. That anytime.
