In the middle of Italy, in the beautiful hilly landscape of Le Marche, located near Pergola, lies Carincone.

The country house has recently been converted into 5 beautiful apartments, all equipped with a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, a spacious bathroom and a cozy bedroom.

Sole & Luna is an apartment for one or two people, located on the northeast side of the house and accessible via a number of stairs. Access is via two spacious private terraces. Here you can enjoy a good glass of wine from the region in the sun or shade. From both terraces you have a breathtaking view over the hilly landscape of the region. The interior of the apartment is tailored to the theme of Sun & Moon. The different color combinations have given the living room/kitchen a sunny and fresh look. There is a sofa, a dining area and a cheerful yellow kitchen with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, fridge, separate freezer and an extractor hood. As in all other apartments, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and use your meals on one of the terraces. After the 'Sun' (Sole) you descend via a short staircase to the 'Moon' (Luna), where a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe is situated. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower. A hair dryer is also available. In the bathroom, mosaic work has been used to accentuate the theme of the Moon, and in the mirror you will find the signs of the zodiac.

Each apartment has a private terrace with beautiful views.

There is a small water park for both humans and animals to cool off (namely a paddling pool for the dogs, various waterfalls, whirlpool, water jets, etc.), after which you can use the sunbeds to be warmed by the sun.

Carincone is surrounded by peace and space, and very suitable for people who love nature and/or hiking.

There is also plenty to do culturally, there is a museum nearby where the Bronzi Dorati are exhibited.

In short, everything for a varied holiday!

We are Eric and Nanja Helmers, both born in Amsterdam and lived there for many years in an all-handedly rebuilt luxury motor tanker (1913), until we decided in 2006 to start a whole new adventure and to emigrate to Italy. We are a new adventure started in the beautiful hills of Le Marche. Launched an immense challenge to our own restored farmhouse (Agriturismo Carincone) to put on the map!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include, utilities, bed linen and towels.

Prices do not include additional costs, namely, final cleaning, electric heating, use washing machine

Dogs stay for free!

Cancellation policy

Cancellations by tenant must be communicated to Carincone by e-mail.

Upon receipt of the cancellation, Carincone will send a confirmation of the cancellation.

In case of cancellation within 7 days after the reservation confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by Carincone.

In case of cancellation after these 7 days and up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the rent.

In case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes the full amount.

Cancelled reservations cannot be transferred to third parties unless the tenant obtains digital permission from Carincone.

Carincone advises every tenant to take out cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, the renter can claim a full or partial refund of the rent, provided that the reason for cancellation falls within the insurance coverage area.
